The client had consulted two local repair shops, both of which quoted a price of $300 for the repair.<\/p>\n<p>For us, every request from a client calls for action. Although the vehicle had already been in service for several months and the issue was not a widespread defect, we firmly believe that a sale is merely the beginning\u2014and that trust is earned through ongoing support.<\/p>\n<p>That same month, we dispatched a senior technician to Ghana to visit the client in person. Our technician conducted a comprehensive diagnostic check, resolved the window issue on-site, and provided hands-on guidance regarding routine maintenance and operation.
